Long Time, No See

I am back… part 2! 

This might feel like the second time I am writing an article like this, and you would be right–my sincerest apologies. I went through a major life change that I didn’t see coming in the past year and a half, and I unfortunately needed to take a step back. 

The summer before I left for college–not too long after my initial “Welcome Back!” post–my father took his life, and my whole world collapsed with it. I still left for college, but every day became a battle of survival, and I did not have the emotional energy to do a lot of the things I loved to do. I honestly did not think that I was going to come back after this last year, but I found myself missing all of my lovely readers and the blog. 

With all that said, this new start is going to be a slow one. You can probably only expect an article once a month, but I hope you can be patient with me and still enjoy everything that Rococo has to offer. I will continue to focus on similar topics as before, but I look forward to possibly diving into more mature themes as I am now a college student. As always, I remain committed to making this a space where we can be ourselves and engage in honest, vulnerable dialogue to create meaningful conversations.
